Job summary

HMG AMERICA LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Calypso Business Systems Analyst to support Calypso platform configuration, collateral and margin processing, and end-to-end issue resolution. The role is onsite with in-person interview requirements.

You will translate business needs into Calypso configurations, support production processing, and collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Calypso experience with configuration
• Experience with Calypso collateral management or margin management
• Ability to trace processing across interfaces and find root cause
• Experience supporting production incidents and root-cause analysis
• SQL knowledge for data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with controlled changes and post-deployment validation
• Strong cross-functional communication across business/tech/vendor teams

Responsibilities

• Support Calypso platform and collateral management capabilities
• Translate business needs into Calypso configuration and support processing
• Work with partners, support, engineering, integration teams and vendors
• Own Calypso configuration in production and explain changes
• Configure/calibrate proxies from static data to margins and contracts
• Troubleshoot end-to-end across Calypso and integrated systems
• Participate in production support rotation and incident resolution
• Perform data validation including daily position reconciliation
• Support releases, promotions, and post-release validation
• Collaborate to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
• Maintain runbooks and troubleshooting docs
