Calvary is seeking caring teachers for our 2- and 3-year-old classes at the Calvary Early Learning Center in Savannah, GA. Join a Christ-centered program that nurtures children’s spiritual, academic, social, and physical growth through play and guided learning.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or higher (CDA/TCC or Early Childhood degree) and be committed to safety, positive guidance, and professional collaboration with families and staff in a supportive Christian environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher, CDA, TCC, or Early Childhood Education degree.
• Georgia background check required.
• Knowledge of social, emotional, and creative development in young children.
• Strong communication with listening and follow-through.
• Ability to stay calm, multitask, and handle stressful situations professionally.
• Exhibits a positive attitude and joyful spirit.
• Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Our Mission

Calvary provides a Christ-centered education from Infant–12th grade, focusing on the whole child—spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. Inspired by Luke 2:52, we aim to help children grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and others.

The Calvary Early Learning Center partners with Calvary Day School to prepare children for success through learning and play. We are seeking conscientious, caring teachers for our 2- and 3-year-old classes. The perfect candidate will be passionate about children and Christian values.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage 2- and 3-year-olds in daily learning and play.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment, common-use areas, and playgrounds.
