• At least six months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, working specifically with infants.
• A heart committed to the values and principles of Christian care and education.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid, or the willingness to obtain them upon hire.
• Strong team players who demonstrate patience, respectfulness, integrity, and self‑control.
• Successful completion of background checks, including fingerprinting and central registry checks, ensuring the safety and well‑being of children in our care.
