Qualifications

• Caltrans aggregate testing certifications required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of aggregate testing or quarry experience.
• Strong understanding of testing procedures and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform aggregate sampling, testing, and quality control per Caltrans standards.
• Conduct lab and field tests: gradation, moisture, density, sand equivalent.
• Document samples and maintain testing records and QA documentation.
• Ensure products meet Caltrans specs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams to address quality issues.
• Maintain testing equipment and assist with audits and compliance.
