Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC. is seeking an Aggregate Technician to support aggregate production across active quarry and processing facilities.

You will perform sampling and laboratory testing to ensure materials meet Caltrans specifications and maintain testing documentation. The ideal candidate will hold Caltrans certifications, have aggregate testing experience, and work safely in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Caltrans certifications required for aggregate testing.
• 2–5 years of aggregate testing or quality control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document testing results.

Responsibilities

• Perform aggregate sampling, testing, and quality control per Caltrans standards.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing of aggregates (gradation, moisture, density, sand equivalent).
• Document representative samples and maintain testing records and QA documentation.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams and assist during audits.
