Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated switchboard operator to manage high-volume calls and support hospital communications from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. You will be the frontline for the Piedmont Athens Regional Physician Answering Service, public broadcasting within the facility, and Public Safety dispatch.

Required is a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year in a call center, operator, or dispatch role.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of call center, operator, dispatching, or related office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate main switchboard for Piedmont Athens Regional.
• Handle Piedmont Athens Regional Physician Answering Service calls.
• Assist with emergent public broadcasting within the main facility and Public Safety dispatch.
