Job summary

Spectrum, LLC is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative in a normal office environment in the United States. You will handle inbound sales calls, upsell Spectrum services, and drive revenue through cross-sell opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to work with billing/order systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll leverage your skills to handle inbound sales calls effectively. You’ll be instrumental in acquiring new customers and upselling additional products and services to existing customers. Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center sales experience.
