Job summary

OnPoint CX Solutions LLC in Henderson, NV is hiring Sales Representatives to join our energetic call center team. You will make outbound calls to residential customers, present energy options, and build rapport to identify needs while recommending suitable products and services.

This full-time role includes a base pay and uncapped commissions. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with an early morning shift; opportunities for growth include ongoing coaching and advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, call center experience is a plus—but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are important.

This position is in-office, with the opportunity to work-from-home once training is complete and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met. Work-from-home arrangements are subject to management approval.
