Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Honolulu is seeking a Call Center Representative to work remotely from O'ahu-based location. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries and guiding them through account questions from a home office.

The role requires 6 months of remote call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience.
• Must pass a Computer Skills Assessment with a score of 70% or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
