Job summary

EAR NOSE AND THROAT CONSULTANTS PC in Southfield, MI is seeking a Patient Communications Team Member (PCT) to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will handle scheduling, manage a high volume of calls, and ensure accurate data entry in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This on-site role requires strong telephone and verbal communication, active listening, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to support our Perfect Patient Journey.

Qualifications

• Team player with a compassionate approach to patient service.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with medical terminology preferred.

• On-site presence required.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.50 Hourly

Job Summary:

As a Patient Communications Team Member (PCT), you will often be the first team member to interact with our patients. You have the primary position, in our Perfect Patient Journey model, which will determine the patient’s experience with our practice.
Patient Communication Team Members are the liaison between our practice and its established and new patients. Computer experience and data entry accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate must be attentive and have the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume work environment.
