$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday mandatory
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative for non-emergency services. Responsibilities include responding to phone inquiries from the public, providing customer service and information to callers, handling a large volume of calls, taking complaints and service requests, and entering inquiries into computer systems. Patience and compassion are essential qualities for this role.
This facility operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Call Center Representatives will work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical activities include sitting for extended periods with a headset, monitoring two computer screens, typing, speaking clearly and calmly, listening carefully, and making responsible judgments under stress.
