• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Make daily outbound calls to schedule patient appointments.
• Document all call interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints.
• Enter new patient information into the system.
• Update existing patient records.

We offer a wide range of services under one roof, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Make daily outbound calls to schedule patient appointments per clinic protocols
• Document all call interactions according to standard operating procedures
• Assist in resolving customer complaints with the support of the Customer Service Manager
• Enter new patient information into the practice management system
• Update existing patient records

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous customer service, call center experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor
• Reliable, organized and collaborative team player
