Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas is seeking self-motivated, people-friendly full-time Call Center Agents for our Corporate office in Sugar Land, TX. You will handle patient and physician needs, schedule appointments, and manage messages in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 100% onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours) and requires teamwork. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
