Job summary

ENTA (ENT and Allergy Associates) is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Allergy Medical Assistant for our Horsham office. You will administer injections, perform allergy testing, and assist physicians with patient care.

The schedule includes weekdays with occasional Saturday hours; hourly pay is $20.24 and a comprehensive benefits package is offered (medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, life, 401(k)).

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA.
• Any of: Biology degree, EMT cert, or 5+ years MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients.
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing).
• Conduct pulmonary function testing.
• Assist physician with patient care.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking supplies.
• Respond to patient calls and messages.

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Allergy Medical Assistant for our Horsham office.

Hourly: $20.24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients


• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)


• Conduct pulmonary function testing


• Assist physician with patient care


• Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies


• Respond to patient calls and messages

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred


• Experience with Epic EMR preferred


• Strong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience

Education / Certification Requirements:

Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA. Alternatively, candidates with any of the following qualifications will be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology


• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification


• Five (5) years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30am-2:30pm


• Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm


• Wednesday: 8:30am-6:30pm


• Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm


• Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm


• Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 - 12:00PM
