Call Center Support Specialist

We're hiring a Call Center Support Specialist to assist small-business customers with account questions, billing, policy updates, autopay, and other service needs.

This is not a sales position. In addition to hourly pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses by providing accurate, efficient, and professional customer support.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
