What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards while guiding emotional conversations
- Attend mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home setting or with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for work every day for the entire duration of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in veterinary or animal care environments
- Familiarity with using call center technology and software
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations
- Experience with remote work and self-management
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
