AnswerOne is hiring a Full-Time Call Center Representative in McAllen, TX. You will handle a high volume of calls, gather and relay accurate messages, and enter information with precision. The role requires a friendly, professional phone presence and strong English skills.

Training is provided, and you will work 40 hours per week with shifts of 10 hours, including one weekend day and holidays. In-office position with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Location: McAllen, TX (In-Office) l Pay: $16-$18.50

Pay and Benefits (Waiting period may apply):

• Pay: $18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $16 / Hour.
