Job summary

Closet America, a Renuity company in the DC area, is seeking a Call Center Representative in Landover, MD. You will handle inbound calls, greet warm generated leads, and schedule quality appointments for the sales team, with no cold calling.

We value a proven call center background, remodeling knowledge, strong computer/phone skills, weekend availability, and a proactive, energetic mindset. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered in a respectful culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center is required.
• Remodeling or service knowledge preferred.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality.
• High energy and willingness to learn.
• Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads - NO MORE COLD CALLS!
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
• Collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication, coordinating free in-home consultations
• Represent our offerings with enthusiasm and expertise, providing top-notch service to new and existing clients
