Job summary

Renuity is hiring an Appointment Setter to build rapport with prospects and schedule consultations for our outside sales team. This in-office role in Fort Lauderdale offers a base pay of $15/hour plus uncapped commissions, with potential to earn $60k-$80k in the first year.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls from various marketing sources, manage leads, and schedule appointments to drive sales. Strong English/Spanish bilingual skills and data-entry proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center sales experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proficient data entry and typing 30 WPM or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department.
• Handle inbound prospects from marketing sources including TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail.
• Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40%.
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales objectives.
• Schedule availability: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm or 11:30am-8pm; Sat 8am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7pm; Sundays off.

About This Role

• Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail

• Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls

• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives

• Schedule availability needed:

  • Mon-Fri: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm

  • Saturdays: 8am -4:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm

  • Sundays off

Key Qualifications

• At least one (1) year experience in call center sales preferred

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment or relevant customer-facing roles including hospitality, food and beverage, retail sales, direct marketing

• Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - plus!

• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more

  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently

• Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems

• Positivity, Flexibility,Determinationand a Persuasive personality

• High energy and willingness to learn
