Job summary

Xtend is hiring a Call Center Representative in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you'll support credit union members by answering calls, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.

Looking for a role where you can help people every day and build strong customer service skills? We're hiring a Call Center Representative to support credit union members across the country. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice members rely on-providing answers, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns
• Use internal systems to verify information and access account details
• Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way
• Help explain account features, transactions, and card-related questions
• Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
• Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams

• High school diploma or currently working toward one
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential information
