NorthKey Community Care in Covington, KY is hiring a full-time Call Center Customer Support Representative to deliver high-quality service to new clients and callers. You will answer calls in a centralized queue, schedule appointments, and share information about NorthKey’s programs.

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-timeCall CenterCustomer Support Representativeto provide a high level of customer service in interacting with new clients and callers. This position is responsible for a variety of duties, including answering phone calls within a centralized call center, providing excellent customer service, scheduling client appointments, and serving as an informational resource to callers about NorthKey Community Care's services and programs.Training hours would be M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm and then the schedule would switch to M-F 10 am to 6 pm.
