Grandview Exteriors is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our in-person team in Bells Lake, NJ. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, set high-quality appointments, and support our outside sales team to drive growth.

Inside Sales Representative – Grandview Exteriors

Grandview Exteriors is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help fuel that growth. If you’re someone who thrives on conversations, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by performance-based earnings, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales.

In this role, your primary focus will be setting high-quality appointments with homeowners for our outside sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating strong impressions and generating real opportunities that turn into projects.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce our exterior remodeling services and schedule qualified appointments
• Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and create interest in our offerings
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and keep schedules full for the sales team
• Accurately track conversations, appointments, and customer details in our systems
