What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via phone, email, fax, or other means
- Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate area
- Identify operational challenges and propose recommendations to management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience preferred
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in patient support programs or healthcare services
