We are currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to work remotely supporting our Call Center Department. This position manages multiple daily calls and completes various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing excellent member service, meeting call volume goals, and seeking cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, flexibility to work until 8 pm on weekdays, and is available for on-site training for three to six months at our NW Houston location, including Saturdays. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
