We are currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to work remotely supporting our Call Center Department. This position manages multiple daily calls and completes various administrative tasks. The Call Center Rep is responsible for providing excellent member service, meeting daily and monthly call targets, and seeking cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and be flexible to work until 8 pm during weekdays. A minimum of three to six months of on-site training at our NW Houston location is required, along with Saturday availability. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
