We are currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to work remotely supporting our Call Center Department. This position effectively manages multiple daily calls and completes various administrative tasks. The Call Center Rep is responsible for providing first-rate member service, meeting daily and monthly call targets, and seeking cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, flexibility to work until 8 pm during weekdays, and availability for on-site training at our NW Houston location for three to six months, including Saturdays. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
