We proudly serve homeowners throughout the Tri-State area, delivering 5-star plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services through a proven, customer-focused service system.

Harris is currently in search of an experienced Call Center Rep/Appointment Setter!
Pay rate: starting at $19/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver 5-star customer service on every inbound and outbound interaction—our customers are the reason we do what we do
• Professionally handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to convert conversations into booked opportunities
• Accurately collect, verify, and document customer information in all systems
• Take ownership and pride in the quality, accuracy, and consistency of your work
• Communicate with customers through phone, live chat, email, portals, and other electronic platforms
• Actively manage customer satisfaction by completing happy calls, sending follow-up communications, and responding to reviews when assigned
• Take full ownership of the customer experience from first contact through resolution
• Collaborate as part of a team that shares ideas to improve call flow, processes, and the overall customer experience
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt every day
