Job summary

Bridge Credit Union in Powell, OH is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to serve members with a range of account services. You will open and close accounts, renew certificates, answer inquiries, and cross-sell services in a busy call center environment.

Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A comprehensive benefits package includes health/vision, dental, 401K with match, vacation, disability and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Call Center environment

Job Description

Performs a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting members with account inquiries and problems. Answers members' questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively cross-sells Credit Union services. Performs specific assigned duties and assists other Member Services Representatives/Specialist with duties as required. Serves members promptly and professionally.

Work Schedule

Full time position

Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,

Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.,

Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge

Call center experience preferred.

Requires clear, effective verbal communication skills. Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.

The ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone. Data entry skills.

Salary: $18 per hour
