Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX seeks a Call Center Team Manager to lead employee development, ensure policy adherence, and drive high levels of member satisfaction. You will coach supervisors, manage schedules, and align operations with cost-effective strategies across the call center.

The role requires strong management experience, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple managers to implement initiatives for improved service and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead.
• Proven management, organizational and time-management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide coaching and development to supervisory staff for ongoing education.
• Ensure supervisors stay updated on policy changes and procedures.
• Foster understanding of service issues to maintain member satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate Team Supervisors and schedule workloads.
• Develop operating plans with local strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Prepare operating expense budgets and monthly financial reconciliations.
