Qualifications

• 1–3 years similiar work experience in call center or related field.
• Experience in mental health/crisis intervention is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry; strong leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute daily reports; assist with end-of-shift reports.
• Train new call center staff; participate in interviewing candidates.
• Dispatch clinicians to caller locations and coordinate patient documents for transfers.
• Communicate with referral sources and treatment providers regarding case status.
