Responsibilities:

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers to expand business.
• Accurately handle transactions and deposits, with documentation in the management system.
• Educate customers on suitable products based on their needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking abilities
• Motivated for advancement
• Excellent communication skills
