Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is expanding its Call Center Inside Sales team and seeking motivated individuals to learn, grow, and win in a fast-paced environment.

You will support homeowners through remodeling projects, qualify interest, set appointments, and make a strong first impression across all markets. Training will be provided; opportunity for rapid advancement exists.

Full-Time or Part-Time. Shift Time: 1pm–9pm. Saturday & Sunday availability preferred.

Pay: $16/hr + uncapped commission. Average earnings: $50,000–$70,000+/year.
