Your role in our mission

Handle inbound calls from members and providers, delivering accurate information related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services.

Research and resolve inquiries efficiently while following established procedures and compliance guidelines.

What we're looking for

At least two (2) years of call center experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.

Healthcare experience (medical office, pharmacy, insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare call center).

Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously.

Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly.

Self‑motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

What you should expect in this role

Full‑time remote, work‑from‑home position for candidates residing within the United States.

Five weeks of paid training scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Following training, employees will work an eight‑hour shift scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Camera use is required during screening calls, interviews, and throughout the five‑week paid training program.

Hard‑wired high‑speed internet connection required (no Wi‑Fi), with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, plus a private, distraction‑free workspace.

Background Check Requirement: Employment with Gainwell Technologies is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

IMPORTANT: This posting is intended for pipeline purposes as we identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for an anticipated November 2026 training class.

During the screening call, candidates will be required to appear on camera, and a photo will be captured as part of the recruiting process.

The pay range for this position is $39,520 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
