Call Center Customer Service Representative

Join to apply for the Call Center Customer Service Representative role at TEKsystems.

Job Overview

Start Date: May 2025

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Day shift)

Location: 300 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111 (Fully on-site, with an opportunity to apply for remote work after 90 days)

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Benefits: PTO accrual, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, and paid time off

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, assist customers with account inquiries, and resolve concerns.
  • Update customer details and document calls accurately.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry.
  • High School Diploma or GED (verification required).
  • Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
