What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding utility bills, service orders, and emergencies
- Investigate billing accuracy and process customer requests, including refunds and account changes
- Assist customers with credit/payment arrangements and direct them to self-service channels
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills, including navigating multiple systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Words Per Minute)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates must also be fluent in Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
- 2-5 years of previous customer service work-from-home experience
- Experience in the utility industry
- Advanced computer skills, including faster typing speed (60-65 WPM)
