LKQ Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a motivated customer service representative to deliver world-class service, using product knowledge and company systems to quote prices and resolve inquiries.

You will handle calls and emails, coordinate with distribution centers, and support online leads while maintaining high standards and metrics. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k match, life and disability insurance, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• Experience in sales or customer service, especially in a call center environment.
• Bi-lingual abilities (English & Spanish or English & French) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service.
• Communicate with distribution centers and customers to ensure accurate documentation and information.
• Handle phone calls and emails regarding price quotes for inbound inquiries and purchase quotes for vehicles.
• Ensure constant communication with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledgeable about product inventory, pricing, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
• May generate sales/buys from online leads.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures.Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities; works closely with supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction.Prioritize assigned and routine tasks.
