• Casual Part-time (12 hours/week) Hours vary 6:00-3:00 / 3:00-7:30 (rotating weekends & holidays)

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing quality nutritional care of patients involving menu preparation, patient interaction, aiding dietetic technician and dieticians in the documentation of nutrition care.
• Interacts with patients over phoneor bedsideto take food order
• Monitors and ensures the quality of nutritional care
• Promotes daily patient interaction andassistancewith menu selection
• Completes administrative tasks as needed
• Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role
• Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless waits
• Uses Information Systems to their full capability
• Assistsas needed in other department duties
