Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate on the Nutrition team to assist patients and families with meal selections that meet dietary needs. You will work with hospital staff to understand orders and use computer systems to place and verify patient meal requests.

The role is 0.2 FTE, 8 hours per week, schedule 3:45pm-7:45pm, with one shift Monday-Friday and alternating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
