Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Seattle is seeking a friendly Call Center / PBX Agent to field hotel calls, direct them appropriately, and relay critical information to guests and staff to ensure smooth operations. You’ll assist arrivals and departures, including airport transfers and luggage storage.

Candidates should have at least one year in a similar guest-service role, be a team player, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in guest or customer service.
• Ability to work in a 24-hour operation.
• Experience in hospitality or call center is a plus.
• Second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field hotel calls and direct them to the correct department.
• Communicate critical information to guests and staff as needed.

Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
