The Role : Call Center Agent

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll generate highly qualified sales appointments through inbound and outbound calls. This is primarily a remote position, but you must reside in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. This entry-level role offers uncapped earning potential and is perfect for those eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and passionate about advancing their careers. We will teach you our proven appointment selling system, and your results depend on your effort!

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and direct them to appropriate departments
• Generate leads by making at least 150 calls daily in designated queues, identifying homeowners in need of home improvement services
• Engage with homeowners, qualify prospects, and set up sales appointments
• Accurately record data using company tools
• Collaborate with team members and leadership professionally
• Maintain detailed records of prospects to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Learn and apply The Window Store Inc. Appointment Sales Methodology and stay updated on current promotions
• Provide feedback to improve telemarketing processes
