We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners, and providing professional assistance throughout the initial stages of the real estate process.

The Call Center Agent will follow up with leads, provide information about available properties, qualify potential clients based on their needs and preferences, schedule property viewings and appointments, and maintain regular communication with prospects. The role also involves updating customer information, documenting calls and follow-ups, and ensuring that leads are properly transferred to the appropriate real estate agent or sales team.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional and friendly phone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Previous experience in call center, customer service, sales, or real estate is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this position.
