Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons, LLC is seeking a patient services representative to support a high-volume call center. You will answer and triage inbound calls, assist patients and caregivers, enter patient data into the EHR, and forward requests to clinical staff in a timely manner.

You'll escalate complex issues to the Call Center Team Lead or Manager as needed, stay updated on schedules and clinic updates, and perform other duties as assigned.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume call center.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy when assisting patients.
• Knowledge of clinic schedules and office protocols is a plus.
