Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a full-time Call Campaign Specialist to join our administrative team and provide exceptional patient care in Georgia. The role focuses on implementing call campaigns, coordinating patient services, and guiding callers to the right providers and locations.

The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and proficient in verbal and written communication; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be personable and detail oriented as a representative of the practice.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for proper documentation of encounters.
• Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Background in using EMR software preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Prior experience with call campaign projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement special call campaign projects, contacting patients from various prepared call lists to coordinate services.
• Coordinate and implement specialized call structures based upon the specific patient subset for an individual list.
• Maintaining vocal composure while providing the exemplary customer service, assisting patients with any questions or concerns in regards to their treatment.
• Answering and directing calls to respective departments.
• Scheduling/rescheduling patients depending on need, availability and urgency.
• Informing callers about our providers, service and practice locations.
• Assist and navigate patients to the correct facilities using mapping resources.
• Updating patient information on electronic medical records system.
• Translate and assist patients by addressing needs, if bilingual.
• Follow all company policies on patient services standards.
