Job summary

Pulley is seeking a Permitting Associate in California to support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers. You will help conduct permit research with high accuracy, assist in preparing permit plans, and collaborate with city staff to resolve ambiguities.

You’ll monitor permit status and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to refine the software platform. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction management or architecture, experience obtaining

Qualifications

2+ years in construction management or architecture with a project management focus.
Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy.
Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
Proactive problem solver.
