Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in California (CA bar).
- 2+ years of litigation experience with a track record in complex cases.
- Independently manage caseloads, develop case strategies, conduct discovery, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of pre-trial and trial work across multiple complex litigation matters (e.g., Business Litigation, Employment Law, Mediation, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Trucking & Transportation).
- Conduct depositions, collect records, file documents with courts, and travel to offsite locations as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop strategies and deliver superior outcomes for clients.
