Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• 5+ years of extensive litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling complex cases from inception through trial.
• Independently managing a caseload, developing case strategies, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Strong understanding of California civil procedure and evidence rules, as well as excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully with a diverse group of attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise staff and collaborate with other attorneys to successfully complete assignments.
• Willingness to travel to offsite locations for depositions, collecting records and information, or filing documents with courts as needed.

What We Are Looking For
