The OpportunityWe’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven, and execution-focused Market Lead to spearhead our California expansion, starting with onboarding architects across the state. You’ll be the face of ArchiPro in California, building a vibrant architectural community and helping top-tier architects showcase their work to a highly engaged audience.
This is a foundational role—you'll be our first boots-on-the-ground hire in the U.S., responsible for driving outreach, setting up meetings, closing partnerships, and rapidly scaling our presence in the architecture community. You must be comfortable wearing many hats, thinking on your feet, and operating with pace and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Market Growth: Lead the outreach and onboarding of California’s top architecture firms onto ArchiPro.
- Architect Acquisition: Identify target practices, initiate contact, set meetings, pitch the platform, and convert interest into action.
- Hands-On Execution: Calls, emails, LinkedIn, studio visits, industry events—you’ll do what it takes to build traction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted relationships with architecture firms and industry influencers.
- In-Person Hustle: Attend events, visit studios, and represent ArchiPro in the design and architecture community.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new architects through the onboarding process to ensure high-quality profile setup and adoption.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on trends, local competitors, and opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Lay the Foundation: Help shape the playbook for how we grow across other U.S. cities by testing, learning, and iterating.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally in media, advertising, tech, internet or SaaS.
- Strong existing network or understanding of California’s architecture and design scene.
- Natural relationship builder — confident, credible, and able to speak the language of architects.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
- Hustler mentality — you don’t wait for leads; you go out and make it happen.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Based in California (ideally LA), with ability to travel across the state as needed.
- Passionate about architecture, design, and the built environment.
Why Join ArchiPro?
- Be the first hire on the ground in California — a rare chance to build something from the ground up.
- Join a passionate team reshaping an entire industry.
- Work with award-winning architects, leading brands, and inspiring projects.
- Backed by a proven business model in AU/NZ and now expanding globally.
- Fast-growing company with global ambition — your work will shape the future of ArchiPro in the U.S.
