Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• Seven years of experience in the environmental field with at least five years in environmental consulting.
• Knowledge of California and federal permit requirements, including CEQA and NEPA.
• Experience with planning, permitting, and maintenance of linear infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental planning and permitting projects.
• Oversee environmental permits, technical reports, work plans, and memoranda for permitting of linear infrastructure.
• Collaborate with biologists and archaeologists to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
