Abramson Labor Group, a leading employment and workers' compensation law firm based in Burbank, CA, seeks a Consumer Class Action Associate. You will litigate class actions, work with senior attorneys, and handle pre-filing through trial, contributing to strategy and case management.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Burbank, California, with a base salary of $130,000 to $200,000 per year, plus health benefits and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, including class action exposure.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of California consumer statutes (UCL, FAL, CLRA).
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Litigate consumer class actions and represent California consumers in state and federal court.
• Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and manage own matters from pre-filing to trial.
• Draft complaints, pre-litigation letters, and amended pleadings.
• Develop and manage discovery, depositions, and expert collaboration.
• Prepare motions including motions to dismiss, for arbitration, and class certification.
• Assist with settlement negotiations, notice and claims administration.
