You will partner with Leadership, researchers, EHS, and Facilities to support safe, compliant in vivo research, track competency, and maintain training records for regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contemporary laboratory animal science programs and animal welfare regulations.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and delivering classroom, technical, and hands-on training programs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for California sites including Irvine and the ABA campus.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and technical training related to laboratory animal science and vivarium operations.
• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding, and continuing education activities.
• Maintain training records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
